What Is Modern Jive?

This increasingly popular and modernised dance style is based on the French dance “Leroc” Its has become one of the easiest and fun partnered dances to learn with different versions scattered cross the world.

FranGaz Fusion.....

Our Classes are very different to the other traditional “Modern Jive” classes that are out there. Basically the name speaks for itself. We take; Modern Jive, Latin and West Coast Swing and fuse them together to create a much smoother, stylish version of Modern Jive.

FranGaz Fusion make the classes as relaxed, friendly and easy as possible making the evening a sociable and fun way to keep fit, and meet new friends, and there is no need to bring a partner or book a course as everyone dances with each other. Don’t worry if you have to miss a week or two as all moves will be repeated.

Come and learn a new interesting hobby in a friendly, relaxed no pressure atmosphere!

Doors open for registration.

You can grab a drink, seat, chat and just chill out before the first class starts.

Beginner class.

The first of 2 classes. Here we teach a 3 basic move routine. We guarantee, even if you have never danced before, you will know how by the end of this class. Very sociable, fun and relaxed so no need to bring a partner, just come as you are!

Short Freestyle.

Here you can try out the moves you just learned and have some fun on the dance floor!

Intermediate Class.

If this evening is your first then we have the beginner review class. This gives you a chance to go through the 3 basic move routine in more detail with one of our friendly Crew. They will let you in on some extra hints and tips of Fusion. This is a very fun, friendly and popular class during the evening.
