At FranGaz we only use the best products, once a product has left FranGaz, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to the product. In most cases if the issue is a case of wear and tear and is easily rectified we will be happy to restore the item to the same high standard at which it was despatched from us. Our customer care team are on standby via Email 24/7 or for urgent matters via telephone between 0900 - 1800, and all voicemail will receive a call back.

At FranGaz, to order a product to be modified, we will first ask you to complete our online enquiry form and send it to us by e-mail. It is essential that you complete the contact details as we will need to contact you for a consultation regarding your product. We will provide sizing charts, swatches, ideas and examples however, we will need your input too. After all - it's your item.

No, this is not what FranGaz is about. Our purpose is to modify clothing from the ordinary to the extra-ordinary. We can however, alter and re-size within reason.

We can work to most deadlines. It is essential that you also work with us during this process as it the process of modification can take a few days not including collection/delivery. Please bear this in mind when using our service and ensure that you ideally leave a minimum of 3 weeks before any of your own deadlines as this will ensure that both parties are completely satisfied with the end product.

If anything should happen to your outfit in transit and it becomes damaged, or if it’s not quite what you wanted; just send it back to us and we’ll be happy to give you a full refund no questions asked. Providing the item hasn’t been worn or soiled.
